A data breach claim is essentially a claim for financial losses, distress and loss of privacy stemming from the loss of your personal information by an unauthorised third-party.

You may be entitled to compensation if your personal information has been compromised due to a security failure/failure to protect your data on the part of the organisation that was holding your personal data.

All medical practitioners i.e. Doctors, Nurses, Dentist. GP etc, owe their patients a legal duty to exercise a reasonable standard of care towards their patients. To put it simply, the law states medical negligence has occurred when:

  • There has been a breach of medical duty i.e. receiving unacceptable care,
  • You have suffered loss, pain, injury or damage,
  • The loss, pain, injury or damage suffered was caused directly by the breach.
  • Inheritance and probate disputes,
  • Contract disputes,
  • Professional negligence,
  • Landlord and Tenant disputes,
  • Building disputes,
  • Shareholder disputes,
  • Employment issues.

At Bingham Long we run these claims on a “no win, no fee” basis, meaning you don’t pay any costs upfront and there is nothing to pay should your claim be unsuccessful.
